  Through out the day she followed us around & kept asking us questions, she walked up on our deck looking in our bbq while cooking when we were inside. This was a violation of privacy. I felt like we were being supervised.

  From when we first met her she was very rude and had poor customer service skills. Our contract stated our fee was $260 for the weekend. When we checked in she told us that she accidentally made a mistake & the cost was to be 275. She said we have to pay the difference, even though it was her error. We told her that was not our fault and she said she would honour it but that we were "very lucky" to have received this from her. She then said we could not have satellite for that price even though it was in the original contract, so we paid extra. In my opinion she did this to make up the difference her mistake caused .

  The next day she didn't talk to us at all and in fact the day did end up being ok, at first we were afraid to leave our trailer because she would watch us the whole day but when we left she didn't and the day was ok. Later on that day I went to check the board and noticed there was a fin so I wasn't really sure if she replaced it or if she removes it and asks for 50 dollars and puts back later.

  The amenities were extremely old, the paddleboat was very hard to peddle & would get stuck. Parts were missing for some boats.

  My cousin booked this cottage weekend for her, her boyfriend, myself and my wife. In the contract it's stated that we would be booking a cottage. When we got to the location it ended up being a small trailer that was right next to the main office. We pointed this out to Catherine, she was dismissive & stated that we wouldn't be getting to stay in a cottage. No explanation.

  Sunday, we checked out, this is where it got bad. I should probably mention that 4 of us went. I am white, my wife is brown, my cousin is white, and her boyfriend is black. The entire morning she watched us pack with crossed arms. When we were about to leave we asked if we are suppose to come check out, she replied saying "I want that girl come and give me my 50 dollars", we replied saying Theres no Way to know that we lost her fin, she replied saying "just go, and don't come back". We said how can you talk to us like this we have been polite and kind, as courteous as we could be even with her poor customer service. We completely cleaned her trailer before we left, In fact we did a better job than she did. She replied and said leave and never come back. We told her we wont and that the customer service is terrible and the trailer was disgusting. She said "your KIND is not welcome here". She also said "we don't need people like you here". Seeing as we were polite, courteous, quiet customers who kept to ourselves, the only assumption I can make is that by "kind" she means coloured people, A mixed race group. When we asked her what she meant by "our kind "she refused to answer and continue to say to leave.

  she refused to give a key for our trailer, said "this isn't Toronto". Meanwhile, all of our money, valuables, credit cards and belongings stayed inside and unlocked trailer .

  When we first met her she warned us the paddle board has a fin that costed 50 dollars and if we break it we would have to pay. Later that evening my wife used that same board, put it back and Catherine came in the trailer to ask her if she remembers it being there. Even though we said we were unsure, she ended up accusing my wife and said she should pay for it, without any proof. In my opinion she should have a sign out and sign in and check the equipment so things like this don't happen.

  The chip truck fries was very bad and stale. Not worth $20 for two people.

  Inside of the trailer was disgusting, stains on the couch & carpet, dust and cobwebs. Beds were very old. We had to completely cover the couches with our own sheets to sit on them because they were absolutely disgusting.
